Alana Reid,

Director of Crime Data and Intelligence (DCDI)

Alana is a U.S. Army veteran, skilled Geospatial Analyst, and dedicated graduate student with over six years of combined professional and contracting experience. As GGS’s Director of Crime Data and Intelligence, Alana leverages her expertise in geospatial analysis and data-driven insights to support public safety and community development initiatives.

Starting a company was never part of her plan, but the encouragement of a coworker sparked a new vision: to do more with her skills and serve her community in meaningful ways. Now, as part of the GGS family, she is proud to bring her passion for precision and service to organizations and communities that need it most.

Lancelot Harris,

Vice President of Geospatial Operations

Lancelot serves as the Vice President of Geranium Geospatial Solutions (GGS), bringing a wealth of expertise in geospatial intelligence, cartography, and environmental analysis. With a distinguished career that includes roles as a Cartographic Analyst at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Design Engineer for General Dynamics Information Technology, he has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions for complex geospatial challenges.

As a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst in the U.S. Army Reserves, Lancelot has gained extensive experience in operational and strategic geospatial analysis. His work has contributed to critical national security and environmental initiatives, with a specialization in data dissemination, imagery analysis, and delivering actionable insights in high-pressure environments.

In his role at GGS, Lancelot is dedicated to fostering collaboration, driving operational excellence, and leveraging advanced technologies to position the company as a leader in the geospatial industry. His leadership embodies a commitment to innovation and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.

Patrick End,

Chief of UAS Operations & Fire/Wildlife Support

Patrick is a seasoned leader and intelligence professional with multiple deployments and over a decade of experience in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community. Patrick has extensive knowledge and experience primarily specializing in geospatial information systems (GIS) and full-motion video (FMV) analysis.

Now serving as Chief of UAS Operations & Fire/Wildlife Support, Patrick leverages his deep operational expertise to implement cutting-edge aerial solutions. His focus encompasses advanced UAS deployments for emergency responses, wildlife monitoring, and mission-critical data collection—building on his record of excellence and leadership in the SOF intelligence sphere.
